I've used this company before, and the first time was such a positive experience that I didn't even think to call anyone else when I needed to fix more floors in my condo. I was confident that Medhi and his team would treat my job and home with the utmost respect while maintaining open lines of communication. I had a great working relationship with him on this task, just like the first time.

My sister's home's hardwood floors were first repaired by Medhi and his crew. They were pretty damaged, painted, and scratched. The floors are now breathtaking thanks to Carpet City's magic. We will not be contacting anyone else to take care of our hardwood floors because they were so stunning. We are so delighted about this! Really 5-star awesome! All throughout, Medhi and his team were incredibly amiable and talkative. I had to move into a new house in two weeks, and he was able to quickly assess the floor's needs, send his team in, and finish in one week!

I called more than ten businesses I saw on Google when I needed to hire a flooring contractor quickly to restore my floor. I visited with four contractors; one was pushing very hard to upsell me, another appeared kind and professional but struggled to communicate, and the fourth didn't even attempt to take measurements. I ultimately decided to go with Carpet City since Medhi was highly prepared for the meeting. He provided examples of his prior work, color swatches, measured precisely, and was able to address all of my inquiries without resorting to high-pressure sales techniques. I also saw images of the superb job he had completed in those exquisite old Victorian houses. Additionally, I was quite particular about the things I wasted and he was able to execute it all!

Medhi and Samuel were a pleasure to work with. They were accessible, responsive and helpful in choosing our flooring and tile. The final installation was done on time and the finished product is beautiful. We highly recommend them.
