I had flooring installed by Carpet City recently and was very pleased with the whole process. They were expedient in giving me an estimate, ordering the materials and then doing the installation. The workmanship was excellent and everybody I interfaced with was polite and professional. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

I had extensive water damage on my property that needed hardwood floor, carpets and bathroom repair. Mehdi and Sam showed up the very next day and right from the start - built a trusted relationship (almost like family) - their guidance was exceptional, very knowledgeable about addressing the myriad of challenges, great recommendations on what to install and all with a laser focus on costs. In a matter of few days, the relationship had transcended to almost family - there was a genuine sense from Mehdi and Sam to help me with this major damage. Even while I was out of town they kept me posted on any developments, sending regular updates and pictures. Infact, after our initial discussions I did not even have to go check on how the work is progressing. Most importantly, they were empathetic, honest, VERY (caps intentional) professional and really know their tradecraft. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services to anyone looking for an honest, empathetic and masterful contractor to work with.

Very painless, easy interaction. They very clearly provided a solution for flooring for a power wheelchair- hardwood. I needed the floor put in one day and installers to accommodate that the person living in the space was in a wheelchair and needed some access to the area. They came in the morning and were done by 3 pm and were very attentive, accommodating, and respectful of the situation.

I'm a contractor and I've had multiple project with Carpet City. They've always delivered what was promised, on time and on the budget. I recommend this outfit for any flooring task. Big or small.
